What does the apartment offer? * Two Double Bedrooms * Swimming Pool * Near Beach & shops * Fully Equipped Kitchen * Two Air-Conditioners Sunny Home apartment complex is located near the main road from Sunny Beach to Nessebar, just 10 minutes walk from the beach of Sunny Beach resort and within a short walk for the resort centre and the shopping areas. Being the only penthouse 2 bedroom apartment (an elevator available), the apartment is luxury furnished for your pleasant summer holiday. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances – hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a good range of crockery and glassware to enable you to prepare meals or entertain. The two sofas in the living room converts into folding beds suitable for two people each. Therefore, in the apartment can sleep up to 7/8 , though it is more suitable for 4/6 people. There are multiple air-condition units installed to make your stay even nicer. The balconies offers pleasant views to the mountains and complex swimming pool which is fully at your disposal if you prefer it to the sand of the beach. One of the most famous night clubs in the resort - “Multiplace”- is within a few minutes walking from the complex where you can spend all night long dancing or having fun with your friends. Further, there is a public transport station near the complex from where you can catch a bus to the ancient monumental town of Nessebar a world heritage site.

The apartment has two balconies, one to the rear with unintewrupted mountain views, to the front there is a balcony with a table and 4 chairs (with lighting) so you can sit out and enjoy a drink or just the view. There is air con in the main double bedroom, the 2nd bedroom has two single beds that can be moved together. In in the living room there is a 3 and a 2 seater sofas that BOTH fold out in to beds. There is also air con in the dining/lounge, this apartment is the biggest in the complex and is over 86m2.

Tom says: "We stayed in the apartment in July 2007, 6 of us slept comfortably there and there was more than enough room for everyone and there belongings. The pool was good although not surrounded by hot women all day, which was annoying! a new supermarket has recently been built behind the apartment block which was very handy for buying alcohol and food and more alcohol. Was within walking distance of the main strip of bars and clubs but was quite dark if walking back by yourself late at night. Sunny Beach as a resort was excellent and all of us had a great time, cheap yet good food is in abundance and the nightlife is great, the best bar in the resort has to be corner bar, Happy hour almost all day, lovely setting, great pool table and incredibly hot waitresses!Overall the property was extremely satisfactory and we would definately come back, the owner was very prompt to reply and sort out any problems also."
