4 bedroom house in a prime location on the west coast of Barbados. 8 minutes walk to lovely beaches. The famous and lovely Almond beach resort has a nine hole golf course. It is direct neighbour to The Port St Charles Marina, which is equipped with it's own Heli-pad and is home for several luxurious yachts. The shops, banks, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The Historic Speightstown offers an amazing taste of the original caribbean culture. The famous Sandy Lane Golf Course played by Tiger Woods on numerous ocassions is 20 minutes drive away.

Bedrooms & Kitching
Master bedroom with ensuite and air conditioning. 4 double bedrooms with double beds. Bathrooms: Large family bathroom with tub and shower. Master bed has large en-suite with tub and shower. Powder room on the ground floor with WC and hand basin. Kitchen: Large fully kitchen fitted with cooker hob, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, microwave and toaster. And entrance to a large utility room.

Living & Dinning area
Very large open plan lounge & dining room, TV video and stereo, lovely 3 piece suit sofa including a recliner. Large dining area seats 8 comfortably. High ceilings throughout giving a lovely cool atmosphere.
