The Location and Apartment Details.
This holiday apartment is located in the quiet villa zone of Balchik. The apartment is 90 square metres, it has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other has two single beds, a sofa bed has been added to the living room. A brand new fitted kitchen area has been added and the apartment also benefits from a washer-dryer, air-conditioning and an on-site swimming pool. This rental accommodation is ideal for those holidaymakers who prefer a quiet place during the day and night, but in contrast has outstanding sea views and is a short distance from the two major resorts of Balchik and Albena. Outside the apartment is a communal pool along with a picnic area and a BBQ. Contact details of English speaking taxi drivers can be supplied upon request and transfers can be arranged at a fee of 45 euros during the day and 55 euros during the night for one way frfom Varna, based on 4 guests. Also a British management company looks after this property and are available to help 24 hours a day.

Balchik Town
Restaurants within walking distance. A shop and bar is also located within walking distance and the bar has a lively English ex-pat clientele. A walkway is being constructed nearby allowing access to the beach. As the property is located between Balchik and Albena you have the best of both worlds - Balchik is rich in culture and offers a great selection of cafes and restaurants.There is also a small water park on the esplanade which is great for kids. Sea fishing is also possible in the harbour. The towns top attraction is the Botanical Gardens and Summer Palace of the Romanian Queen Marie. The stone building and gardens are beautifully maintained here.

Albena
Albena is considered one of the most exclusive resorts on the coast. Albena is a large and modern holiday centre with an excellent selection of bars, cafes and restaurants, and the large hotels can offer daytime visitors a great range of spa, health and beauty treatments if you are in the mood to pamper yourself. Ideal for families.
