House is fully equiped with 3 double airconditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, private beach with sunbeds and shower. Owners dont live there so you would enjoy house yourself.

Molunat is a small village of around 50 houses,it is situated in region of Konavle near Dubrovnik, some 15 kilometers from Dubrovnik Airport ,close to,Cavtat,Monte Negro....
Transport
A car would be necessary
The property is a 15 min drive from the airport and some 35 minutes from the port and town of Dubrovnik. A car is advisable as public transport in Molunat is infrequent. Most major rental companies are represented in Dubrovnik town and airport. For the first time we await for our guests at the airport, and provide all the help needed.From this year on we have 2 airconditioned cars to rent to our guests.
