A luxuriously appointed and tastefully furnished 3 bedroom, two bathroom apartment with the sea in the foreground and the lush rolling hills as the back drop. This 5-STAR resort condominium has the FULL range of resort facilities in the one complex: SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS AND SQUASH COURTS, WATER SLIDE, CHILDREN'S POOL, JACUZZI, GYMNASIUM and even a BBQ area and a sauna all in an extensively landscaped and secure environment. IF THIS UNIT IS BOOKED AT THE TIME YOU REQUIRE A UNIT EMAIL ME AS WE HAVE OTHER UNITS IN MIAMI GREEN THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE.

Apartment facilities
The unit is fully air-conditioned and ceiling fans are also installed, although the sea breezes on offer may limit your wanting to use them. The unit is very tastefully and fully furnished just bring your beach towels! Satellite TV is installed with channels including BBC, CNN plus many others should you wish to catch up with what is happening in the outside world. All the necessary appliances have been installed in the kitchen. There is a fully automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer available for your use. There is a convenience store that stocks the basics in the complex. The unit is fully kitted out with linen and all the necessary crockery and cutlery, kitchen cooking items (although you may wish to dine out regularly as Penang is well known for the diverse range of delicious and very reasonably priced hawker fare on offer).

Relax around the pool on the deck chairs provided, have a game of tennis, jump into the pool, enjoy the Jacuzzi ,work out in the fully equipped gym or strole along the beach do whatever takes your fancy as it is all available at Miami Green. Wireless internet access is available around the pool. The resort condominium caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home. Miami Green is a gated community with 24 hour security and all of the modern conveniences that you would need to make your holiday a pleasurable experience.
